This morning, daddy came back after bring Celest to childcare and told me that Celest was very attached to her new pair of sandals that we bought the day before. Celest refused to remove her shoes and the teacher had no choice but to allow her to walk into the centre with the shoes on, hoping to remove it later.
Celest had outgrown her old sandal and the tight front caused her to trip whenever she walk or run. We then decided to get one pair of new shoes for her during the GSS. We spent a long time at the Bata shoe shop trying. One pair of "Hello Kitty" shoes caught my eye but Celest didn't really like it and kept taking it off.
Celest preferred another pair of shoe that is slip-in type but it doesn't come in smaller size. So, she was there walking around the whole shop in that pair of shoe, refusing to take it off. The sandal that we got for her has those 'beep beep' sound type. The noise was deafening and I removed the 'horn' immediately after reaching home.
A few days later,we went into another Bata shoe shop again. Guess what did Celest do? Hehe.. She went into the shop to search for that same pair of shoes. Luckily the shop did not have that model. Phew!
